Must be familiar with Pre Engineered Arch Span, K Span, Super Span, Grand Span structure with Specification such as International Building Code 2012 / 2015, Uniform Building Code 1997

1. Preparation and submission of the Drawing / material submittals to consultant for the approval.

2. Having good knowledge in AUTOCAD, PRIMAVIERA and MS PROJECT

3. Having basic knowledge and experience in managing Roll Forming/UBM K-SPAN machine operations.

4. Determining construction methods, materials and quality standards.

5. Analysing structural systems for both static and dynamic loads

6. Preparation of shop drawings (Architectural, structural, interior design) and BOQ for upcoming projects.

7. Designing structures to ensure they do not collapse, bend, twist or vibrate in undesirable ways

8. Develop and prepare engineering designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data

9. Consultant coordination and follow up with Consultant / Client (CMW) for the submission of drawings / materials and taking approval of the same.

10. Prepare the material and drawing log sheet and follow up on weekly basis.

11. Control the manpower and materials usage.

12. Organizing and directing site labour and the delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment

13. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Technical department, and QA/QC department for the daily site activities and inspection.

14. Floating the enquiries, analysing quotations and negotiating with subcontractors / suppliers.

15. Co-ordinate with all subcontractors and critical/major suppliers and ensure their timely performance.

16. Organize meetings with subcontractors to discuss serious issues related to the project and to follow up for timely completion of project.

17. Review monthly payment to the Consultant and develop payment certificates for subcontractors.
