We feel it, studies state it and senior leaders feel it all the more because of their gruelling schedules and limited time.

To address this, we are working towards building the world’s largest community of Senior Leaders, providing them with curated connections, conversations, content & opportunities

Role Summary

  • The core responsibility of the GM, Growth is to own the flow of customers coming into the Member Network App (Our Tech Platform) and build monetization channels
  • Customer retention/feedback will also be an important driver for Growth - by frequently keeping in touch with our CXO Clientele, taking feedback and developing relations with them
  • You will be required to Manage a team of executives/managers

Key Responsibility Areas

A) Drive Membership Sign ups

Generate Leads

  • Build & maintain a database of senior leaders across 20 sectors
  • Use lead generation tools such as - Linkedin Sales Nav, Sales QL, etc

Member Sign ups

  • Outreach to prospects through targeted personalized emails, Linkedin Messages, etc to drive memberships
  • Use Outreach Tools such as Mailshake for automated emailing
  • Think of creative ways to drive conversions (be it – creating creative email templates or partnering with an association to create new outreach channels)
  • Fix meetings/calls and close (virtual/offline)
  • Stay up-to-date about leaders across our core sectors
  • Maintain tasklists & sales pipeline (annual/monthly/weekly/daily)
  • Meet targets & deadlines

B) Build Monetization Channels

Business Opportunities (Connecting Buyers & Sellers)

  • Reach out to members/purchase heads and seek what they are looking for
  • Identify sellers/suppliers from the network that would fit best the requirement
  • Make introductions and execute deals

Partnerships

  • Identify & Reach out to companies/enterprises interested in partnering with us for events to establish thought leadership and promote their products/services to decision makers, with associations wanting to find the right tool for engaging their communities and with Headhunters looking for CXOs for positions they want to fill, etc

The Skills we expect you to have

  • You are expected to be A Circler at Heart, Bond Builder & Networker
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written, Both)
  • The ability to handle objections and Close Deals
  • Drive, thrive and lead the entrepreneurial way
  • Solid EQ
  • A good understanding of concepts and practice marketing and the digital realm
  • Ability to take initiative, set processes and monitor performance of the team as the incumbent (GM) based on performance might lead the overall Blue Circle BD initiative
  • Good excel skills for basic Analytics around methods of outreach, their output and the ability to draw insights from data so obtained
  • Ability to brief creative
