Hiring for GFS Head (Paint Shop) for Palwal (Haryana)

Job Location- Palwal (Haryana)

Experiences 10 Plus Years

CTC- 15 LPA

Qualification Any engineering

Job Role

  • To be responsible for manage the end-to-end function of paint shop from Material Planning to finished product.
  • To Responsible for Monitoring Production Planning as per Dispatch plan, Planning Implementation and Effectiveness.
  • To Responsible for Monitoring Production and Quality Losses.
  • To Responsible for Manufacturing good Quality products and Improving in process for Improving Quality and Production.
  • To Responsible for Manage good Housekeeping and Finish Product Inventory.
  • To Responsible for monitoring Material handover to QC for Inspection, Rejection Material status, Action taken for Daily basis rejection rework and Reducing Rejection from manufacturing.
  • Good knowledge and overall experience of powder coating or enamel coating.
  • Overall responsibility for the daily management of all Labor resources within the paint shop area.
  • Ensuring zero or minimal defect.
  • Timely circulation of MIS either by self or through team.
