Purpose of the role
We are looking for a compensation & benefits Specialist to strengthen our Global Total Rewards team to effectively support the company’s transformation and growth aspirations. The Global Total Rewards Team consists of 4 professionals. This role will advise and work closely with our Global HR team, (BU/Plant) HR Business Partners and management on C&B topics. You will support in roll out of the Trivium job architecture foundation, support the implementation and roll out of Trivium’s Total Rewards Strategy, policies, processes and optimization of the HR system as well as assess labor market trends, competitive practices & benchmarks. This is a tactical, hands-on role for someone who has an innate continuous improvement mindset.


Key Responsibilities
  • Advice (BU/plant) HR Business Partners in the execution of the Total Reward Policies
  • Evaluates and supports in adjusting compensation and benefit strategies to enable the company’s transformation including being open to more contemporary ways to rewarding employees
  • Consults with HR and Line Management to deliver appropriate C&B solutions to our global business issues.
  • Manages Compensation processes within global guidelines and liaising with Group, Regional and Country HR on individual remuneration issues
  • Supports with implementation Trivium Job architecture foundation.
  • Provides C&B expertise on broader HR initiatives such as Job Data Quality, HR systems roll out.
  • Contributes to the simplification and harmonization of compensation, benefits and HR Operations policies and standard work processes including the areas of salary management, incentives and recognition
  • Supports and coordinates in roll out of EU Mobility Policy
  • Supports compliance efforts and initiatives related to C&B

Requirements for the job
Education & Training:
  • Master’s degree in business administration / HR
  • Expert in (HAY) Grading methodology

Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience in Global Compensation & Benefits roles within global companies
  • Experienced in creating international C&B policies and roll out
  • Proficient in Excel and competent in the use of HR related systems and tools, esp. SuccessFactors
