Global Talent Operations Specialist

Elevate is recruiting a Global Talent Operations Specialist, as a part of the team, you will collaborate with the Talent and Engagement Managers in the UK and US to ensure that ElevateFlex Talent are on-boarded to Elevate.

Specifically,this role will involve:

• Collaborating with the Talent and Engagement managers in building the talent community in the UK.
• Supporting the contracting process and all onboarding stages for the candidate
• Be the point of contact for Talent queries and manage the Talent support email channel
• Maintaining and working continuously towards improving our TSAT and CSAT
• Maintaining, managing and updating the candidate ATS (Bullhorn) and conduct regular data audit
• Should be flexible with UK/US shift timings.

• Fluency in verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of UK/US talent operations is preferable.
• 2-4 years of experience working in the Talent Operations function of a global organization
• Strong experience in sourcing, screening, selection and onboarding of candidates primarily in the UK.
• Experience of working on various Applicant Tracking Systems and MS Office Suite.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred.
