Job Summary:

As a graphic designer at MediaX, you will be responsible for ideation & creation of social media creatives that supports the goals of our clients. We are looking for individuals who are willing to give his or her all and be part of a team, should use standard design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and photoshop to design, edit, and prepare various communications.

Day To Day Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm on content drafts, creatives (posts+story formats) with the brand’s internal team
  • Produce various pieces of communications with the thought of human psychology & how the audience interacts with content
  • Stay up to date with various Social Media trends & suggest how to implement the same for our services
  • Work with subordinates on designing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Upload relevant creatives to asset management tools in a timely & professional manner
  • Work on other graphic related projects as & when required
  • Assist in formulating ideas & campaigns for Social Media projects
  • Sourcing, compositing, and retouching images for usage in various communications

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expert working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication skills & basic copywriting knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects at once
  • Able to deliver on strict deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Must have a grasp of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, blogging, etc
  • Creativity with the ability to follow brand guidelines with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency for pending deadlines
  • Strong design skills and premium brand sensibility
  • Advanced experience with Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Experience required (1-2 years)

To be successful as a Social Media Designer, you should be highly motivated, creative, and possess solid knowledge of marketing competencies. Ultimately, a top-notch Social Media Designer should be computer literate, highly organized, and able to work with little direction.
