Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Pallid Blue. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales Effectiveness team to develop captivating visual assets for both internal and external audiences. From emailers and campaign branding to webinars and presentations, you will play a key role in enhancing our brand’s visual presence across various platforms, online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales Effectiveness team to create compelling visual assets such as emailers, campaign branding, webinars, and presentations.

• Utilize Adobe suite to develop innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts, ensuring alignment with brand identity.

• Manage social media platforms, including content posting, insights sharing, and maintenance of a social media calendar.

• Maintain brand identity through packaging and website visuals, continuously enhancing design elements. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

• Offer creative input to improve existing designs and processes continually. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe suite or any other tool to complete the given task

• Ability to think conceptually and solve design problems creatively.

• Strong eye for detail and alignment, with a keen sense of color and composition.

• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Leadership mentality, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
