Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our brand and engage with our target audience. This role requires strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel Draw (any 2 mandatory) to create visually appealing and engaging content. Additionally, excellent English communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with our online community. Please note that this position is open to female candidates only.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

Create visually compelling and engaging content using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel Draw (any 2 mandatory)

Design graphics, infographics, and other visual elements for social media platforms

Write creative and compelling copy for social media posts and campaigns

Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and incorporate them into our strategy

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner

Analyze social media data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Corel Draw (any 2 mandatory)

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns

Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and measure performance

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Salary:

The salary for this position is in the range of 15,000 to 25,000 INR per month, based on the candidate’s experience and skill sets.
