  • Always answer the phone politely using a friendly tone and being informative
  • To take reservations and manage table assignments for the outlet.
  • To greet and seat guests in a professional and organized manner and offer the menu cards after seating.
  • To be flexible wherever possible in meeting special requests from guests for specific table assignments or other requests.
  • Table settings to be adjusted according to the number of guests being seated before their arrival.
  • Guest was thanked upon departure
