    Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities

    The candidate will be based out of the Corporate office in New Delhi of a

    reputed Pharma company and will be responsible for overseeing entire

    finance and accounts operations including Accounting, Preparation of

    Financial reports, Taxation, Budgeting, Auditing, Finalization of Accounts,

    Fund Management, Costing, Statutory Compliance, etc

    Job description

    You will be responsible for the following activities:

    Preparation of monthly financial statement

    Finalization of Standalone and Consolidated Balance Sheet, P & L

    Account, Cash Flow and Notes to Accounts

    Leading Internal & Statutory Audit functions

    Managing and Implementation of Compliance (Direct tax & Indirect tax-

    GST, POEM, TP, EPCG, MEIS, Advance License and many Income Tax

    assessments alongside RBI, FEMA, Banking and secretarial)

    Monitoring the fund requirement and Liaising and negotiating with banks

    for raising fund

    Implementing Standard Product costing and reviewing quarterly actual

    costing of all operation products of Company.

    Analyzing Capex Procurement and capital Budgeting


    Desired Candidate Profile

    A qualified CA, with 10-15 years of experience in a Pharma company,

    handling finance and accounts operations including Accounting,

    Preparation of Financial reports, Taxation, Budgeting, Auditing,

    Finalization of Accounts, Fund Management, Costing, Statutory

    Compliance, etc at a Corporate and Plant from levelw
