Job Title: Head of Investor Relations and Taxation

Location: KHARGHAR

EXPERIENCE- 15+ YEARS

Position Overview:
The Head of Investor Relations and Taxation will oversee the strategic communication with investors and analysts while also managing the company’s taxation matters. This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and optimizing the company’s tax strategy to maximize shareholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Investor Communication Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive investor communication strategy aligned with the company’s objectives, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and distribute quarterly earnings releases, presentations, and other financial communications. Analyze financial results and market trends to provide insights to senior management and investors.
  • Investor Outreach and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences to effectively communicate the company’s story and value proposition.
  • Tax Planning and Compliance: Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Coordinate with external tax advisors and government agencies to manage tax filings, audits, and disputes.
  • Transfer Pricing and International Taxation: Manage transfer pricing policies and ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations. Evaluate the tax implications of international operations and transactions to minimize tax risks and optimize tax efficiency.
  • Corporate Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices related to investor relations and taxation, including SEC filings, tax disclosures, and shareholder communications.
  • Market Intelligence and Benchmarking: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management. Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to proactively identify opportunities and risks.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, legal, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and disclosure practices. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to incorporate tax considerations into business decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Investor Feedback and Perception Management: Gather feedback from investors and analysts to understand perceptions of the company and identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to address investor concerns and enhance the company’s reputation in the capital markets.
  • Executive Support: Provide support to senior management and the board of directors on investor relations and taxation matters, including preparing materials for investor meetings, board presentations, and shareholder communications.

Qualifications:

  • ONLY QUALIFIED CA MUST APPLY.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
  • 15+years of experience in investor relations, taxation, finance, or related field, preferably in a publicly traded company or accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
  • Experience in tax planning, compliance, and transfer pricing, with a focus on optimizing tax efficiency and minimizing tax risks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial and tax concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative investor relations and tax strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,760.15 - ₹44,726.46 per month
