Role Description

Bilvam Herbals is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to spearhead our target-driven approach and achieve ambitious sales goals. As a key member of our team, you will lead and collaborate with our marketing team to design effective marketing strategies and media plans aligned with Bilvam Herbals’ approach and media preferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Target-Driven Approach: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and mentor a diverse marketing team comprising videographer cum editor, social media content manager, and marketing representatives in various locations.
  • Strategic Planning: Design marketing strategies and media plans tailored to Bilvam Herbals’ vision and objectives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential customers and business partners, presenting Bilvam Herbals’ products and negotiating deals to maximize benefits.
  • Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential customers and parties, showcasing Bilvam Herbals’ offerings and value proposition.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to attend meetings, conferences, and events, fostering partnerships and driving sales initiatives.
  • Qualifications

    • Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders.
    • Experience in managing and leading a marketing team, fostering collaboration and driving results.
    • Proficiency in media planning and digital marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for driving innovation and growth.
    • Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
    • Sales and Public Relations skills
    • Ability to analyze market trends and customer insights
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Experience in the herbal or natural products industry is a plus
