Head Supply Chain/OperationsWe’re looking for a smart, enthusiastic professional to spearhead our pan-India Operations Supply Chain. This position will lead and direct all facets of supply chain management including, but not limited to, Operations and Planning, Logistics, Inventory/Warehouse Management for the Business.Reporting directly to the founders, you will be required to work with cross-functional teams to manage and grow the existing Supply Chain stack.Role Responsibilities
  • Manage end to end supply chain
  • Warehouse Management - tracking/monitoring inventory its smooth flow storage
  • Ensuring all the SLAs TAT are maintained.
  • Finalization of manpower, fleet, training, resource planning, etc
  • LSP relations, negotiations, ensuring best price
  • Efficiently manage a team of 60+ members
  • Execute special projects to increase presence on a Pan-India basis
  • Successful private brands inventory management is a key performance criterion.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Top tier B.Tech/B.E
  • PG - MBA in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management (preferred)
  • Team handling experience is a must
  • 7-10 yrs. of experience in SCM processes.
