Desired Candidate Profile


* Any degree

* Any gender

* Candidate should come from own transport.

* Work from office

* Average English & Kannada


Process: Airtel Retention (Voice Support)

Designation: Business Associate.

Age : 18-32 ( Both Male and Female)

Qualification: Any Graduates / Post Graduates / Diploma / Plus two / PUC completed (Arrears /Backlogs also applicable)

Skills Required: Above Average English communication with Kannada speaking skills.

Shift Timings: General Day Shifts - 8-5 / 9-6 / 10-7 / 11-8 (Rotational Week off)

Training Period (Kannada): New joiners would undergo training for 15 days in which training stipend of Rs.3000/- would be provided i.e.,(15*200=3000). Training stipend will be applicable only on successful completion of training certification.

Gross Salary: 11,000 take home
