Quality Engineer -

The Quality Engineer’s responsibilities include designing quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products, developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions. You will also work with managers and supervisors to implement quality measures.
  • Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech. Electrical / Mechanical
  • Work experience: 3-5years with Responsibilities handled
  • PV Module testing
  • Module quality department(not for MIS)
  • Process department or RD in PV module manufacturing industry
  • Familiar with PV module defects type definition, review of test report certificate of PV module
  • Factory audit inspection
  • Must be hands-on IEC61215 IEC60904 standard, aware about NABL process
  • Preparation of daily inspection lab test reports
  • Perform a Pre-dispatched inspection (PDI) as per customer approval sampling plan /manufacturer sampling plan
  • Hands-on experience in performing and monitoring of Sun simulator, EL test, WET Leakage Test, HV-Test and make the report.
  • Check and verify the criteria which is approved by the customer.
  • Check and verify the all-calibration certificate of instrument which is used by manufacture.
  • As per customer requirement inspect the reliability test which is performed by the manufacturer.
