Job Description:


Senior Lawson Applications Analyst who will utilize their expertise in providing proactive and preventative monitoring and maintenance of Lawson applications and systems including recovery, hardware optimization, planning, job monitoring, and application upgrades.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • LAWSON technology L3 Support (Admin)
  • Supports and develops enterprise communications for business impacting events
  • Maintains operational processes and develops company/operational policies for recovery of critical systems (Top applications, key infrastructure, key services, etc.)
  • Supports business critical applications
  • Consults with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications impacting business functionality. Responds to customer inquiries about hardware, software, cloud, and infrastructure supporting the business.
  • Provides immediate customer assistance for emergency infrastructure and application fixes as defined in Service Level Agreements and Business Application Profile Agreements.
  • Properly documents all relevant information pertaining to outage events in incident management tool. Represents the operations team in follow-up analysis meetings.
  • Escalates unresolved customer issues to support teams with concise descriptions, actions and results needed.
  • Follows customer issues through to resolution and customer satisfaction
