PHLEBOTOMIST (HOME COLLECTION)

  • Vital role is to take care of the Home Collection business by providing utmost service to the patients.
  • Travelling to Patient home for Sample Collection with all the required norms. Managing the timings of the patients
  • HC Call Pickup: 100% HC collection for all bookings. Details of the patient will be shared to the phlebotomist.
  • Should ensure all the real time calls also been collected when allocated.
  • Responsible to collect all the required samples irrespective of the diagnostics test, may be on real time basis.
  • Sample Identification: Always should follow the sample identification procedure as per policies and procedures.
  • Waste Disposal: Should follow the proper disposal of waste after sample collection.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Feedback from both frontline and end customers.
  • Should work as per duty roster & in emergencies. Should be ready to take extra responsibility to support the colleagues.
  • Should ensure the Samples collected to submit at the concerned PCCs (COCOs & FOFOs )
  • Cash Management:Should be supportive to accounts, should ensure cash received from patients and petty cash expenses submitted to accounts department on time. Should be aware of billings and should ensure proper billings were carried out.
  • Should ensure samples are picked up by logistics team.
  • MIS Report:Should be able to prepare MIS reports on calls lifted, missed or any specific requests and submit to relevant authorities.
  • Customer Management: Should ensure the samples are drawn with proper procedures and should explain about tests and sample procedures completely to patients.
  • Should work in different locations and sites like PCCs, SLs, and RRLs as per company requirement.
  • Should take the responsibility for collection centers whenever deployed.
  • Marketing support: Should support the marketing team during camps.

SUITABLE CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Ready to travel extensively.
  • Candidate who already has experience in Home collection will be preferred
  • Freshers with good skill and knowledge can be considered
  • Candidate with Knowledge on the local vicinity is preferred
  • Candidate must be flexible in terms of mobility and timings
  • Candidate must be ready to do the break shift in the evening
  • Age : Between 19 Yrs to 35 Yrs
  • Behavioral Skills: Lead by example & Self-motivated •Progressive attitude •Punctual
  • Additional requirement: Decent computer skills.

Qualification - DMLT / MLT / B.SC(MLT) or any similar qualification which is recognized by the respective govt body.

Languages - English, Hindi

Travel - Mandatory

Vehicle - Two Wheeler(With or Without Gear) Mandatory with Valid Driving License
