Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for managing daily activities of the hostel, supervising students for their proper conduct, monitoring their health, upholding discipline, coordinating food, laundry, and housekeeping staff, promoting a healthy and secure environment, and reporting to the higher authorities.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a hostel and managing students with utmost care.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills as it is a vital role.
  • Patience and compassion towards students.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to manage daily activities of the hostel.
  • Experience of working with a team to make sure that every student is getting proper attention and facilities.
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus.
  • Graduate in any field

Salary : 25K + Food & Accommodation.
