About the job

We are looking for a well-groomed, friendly candidate to be responsible for impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You’ll lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping department budget. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is required. If you have excellent communication skills and leadership experience, we highly encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train team of 15 Housekeepers.
  • Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
  • Conduct Deep cleaning in our Guesthouses.
  • Train the staff for deep cleaning.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is in proper working condition and make arrangements for repairs as needed
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Inventory Management - Track all inventory and budget
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiency or surplus
  • Use software to monitor demand and document inventory

Qualifications

  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in Housekeeping management is a plus

Probation Period: 3 months

Leaves: 21 Paid Leaves every year

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
