Position:HR Assistant

Location: Navi Mumbai

Reporting to: HRBP (EC), India

Criteria: MBA/ PGDM with 1+ Years of experience in HR

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of ATS such as Success Factors Proficient in the use of social media, LinkedIn and job boards

Job Profile:

  • Recruiting Activities
  • Support in search of resumes on Job Portal, Success Factors, Job Postings
  • Co-ordination for Candidate Calling, Scheduling of Interviews
  • Support in On boarding Activities, joining formalities of new hires.
  • Hiring of Contractual - Co-ordination with contract agencies
  • Co-ordination of Training Activities
  • HR Metrics - data driven support & analytics
  • Recruiting MIS, Sourcing Effectiveness/Costs, Master Employee Data, Training Tracker,

Training Effectiveness/Costs/feedbacks

  • Support and Co-ordinate Employee Engagement Initiatives across Sites
  • Support in Projects - Creation of Job Descriptions/Job Analysis across functions.
  • Support in Audit Documentation
  • Processing of bills, claims, PR-PO
