  • Initiate Background Verification in the system and follow up.
  • Connect with Candidate/Employee for pending documentation and getting this completted within given time.
  • Coordinate with Background Verification Vendor and getting Final Report published as per SLA.
  • Regular coordination with HR Business Partners taking exceptional approvals on BGV discripency cases
  • Daily updation of BGV Tracker and sharing weekly tracker with stakeholders.
