About The Role

This role is part of a Global Delivery team that provides support for U.S. and international HR processes, and key stakeholders will predominantly be U.S. HR and Total Rewards business partners. This role reports to the Global Delivery leader for HR India and the Philippines.
Human Resources develops and implements our ’team members, candidates, and operational’ strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives.
This role is part of the Human Resources Operations group and services the Displacements Operations Team as well as the Compensation and Performance Administration Team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for one or more complex and/or specialized customer service and operations functions for all Wells Fargo team members. Provides direction and leadership to other managers, supervisors and/or contractors as required to accomplish goals, including selection and development of staff. Makes decisions from knowledge base, reports, and other data to support department goals. Possesses an in-depth understanding of unique systems and technology used for specialized functions. Seeks information to stay updated on changes in the industry to improve service delivery. May interact with senior and executive levels of management. Manages client/vendor relationships to support business goals and objectives; may include vendor negotiation of delivered services and monitoring vendor agreements to ensure vendor compliance. Collaborates with business partners to strategize on complex issues, process improvements, and new initiatives in support of company goals; analysis may require evaluation of tangible and intangible factors. Responsible to ensure that specialized functions meet regulatory guidelines and/or with checks and balances in support of risk management and compliance. Accountable for unit budget and financial performance. Responsible for developing and delivering site-wide, integrated HR programs, services to all team members. Provides leadership and direction to HR programs and services and special projects which may include but are not limited to payroll and data management. Validates in-depth business analysis and guides the development of long-term compliance strategies to optimize group or company performance

Exceptional business acumen and finance skills across a wide range of topics and functional areas with extensive expertise in multiple, specialized topics
Recommends performance metrics and measures and continually assesses the effectiveness and value of assigned programs and processes, in addition to assessing
technology solutions to deliver a more integrated and seamless approach to HR delivery.
