We are looking HR Professional with 1+ year of experience in HR recruitment.

Candidates should be experienced in the areas of Staffing, Recruiting, Sourcing, Head Hunting, Reporting, Sourcing.


Involved in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Understanding job profiles of all kinds of positions.

Sourcing suitable candidates from various sources -job portals, headhunting, social network, and referrals.

Screening & Shortlisting resumes as per Client’s requirements scheduling of interviews.

Good understanding of managing data in ExcelRoles and Responsibilities

Involvement in a preliminary telephonic interview with candidates to ascertain their competencies, academic, experience, & communication skills and aspirations i.e. positions, salary, relocation aspects, etc...
Inform applicants about job responsibility, designation, compensation & benefits, work schedules & working conditions, company policies, promotional opportunities & other related information.
