Looking for a suitable candidate for the Manager HR position for our Plant at Goa.

Location - Goa



Job Description & Requirements:


1. Prepare manpower forecasts to identify requirements.

2. Work closely with the line managers, supervisors and corporate recruitment team for recruitment and selection activities.

3. Formulating HR Policies / processes i.e. from On boarding till Exit formalities.

4. Documenting and updating Company’s policies timely wherever required.

5. Accountable for timely improvement in joining process, meeting statutory compensation needs.

6. Performance appraisals, company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, exit process etc.

7. Ensuring register maintenance & handled Inspections.

8. Drive the HR wide communication and ensuring delivery of the communication programs

9. Taking care of Salary increment, Promotions, Internal transfers, Confirmations, Disciplinary issues as per requirement.

10. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

11. Planning and scheduling HR Best Practice Programs for effective employee engagement to improve retention.

12. Working and updating of Employee Manual / Handbook.

13. Compliance of Labor laws. (i.e. register, display and returns)

14. Taking care of statutory compliance under EPF, ESIC, Factory Act and Contract Labor Act.

15. Accountable for resolving employee grievance by one on one connection on regular basis.

16. Deployment and control of Contract Manpower ( off Roll Manpower) and related compliance

17. Vendor management, Annual maintenance contract and lease agreements.

18. Renewal of Factory License, labors License, Submission of Factory act returns, Employment Exchange, and labor Returns.

19. Entrusted with the task of maintaining data base of all employees, and preparation of various Forms.
