Job Summary

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the global human resources department by analyzing and executing HR processes, implementing improvements, and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR systems and procedures. This role involves data analysis, process management, and problem-solving skills to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations within the organization. This position will report to Manager HRIS Operations and will be based at at our Bangalore office.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage HR mailbox and triaging of HR tickets
  • Supports employee life cycle actions with offer, change, or acknowledgement letters as well as data entry into related systems
  • Manage new hire electronic entry and personnel file creation
  • Partner with other team members and functional areas to investigate and resolve escalated employee issues
  • Support effective and timely communications to employees
  • Support annual processes such as performance reviews, reporting requests, and benefit enrolment cycles
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, providing related support and ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Assists in the development, maintenance, and administration of position structures
  • Support effective and timely communications to employees
  • Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and documentation for HR systems and processes
  • Research & provide guidance for travel & expense Inquiries.
  • Assist In the development of training and communication materials
  • Ensure the integrity of data within HR systems. Periodically coordinate audits to ensure data is available to meet business requirements and to ensure data reliability
  • Support on-going HR governmental, vendor, and business reporting requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree with regular course from recognized college or university
  • 4 to 7 years of professional Global HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience
  • Mandatory Experience with HRIS in Success factor and other HR-related software required.
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical background with an ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • General knowledge of HR practices, labour and pay laws, and regulations

  • Required occasionally to lift and/or move objects that are light to moderate
  • Required occasionally to travel (usually by air or road so may be required to sit for extended periods)
