  • Oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for IT positions.
  • Foster relationships with potential candidates.
  • Implement recruitment strategies in line with industry trends.
  • Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter, specifically within IT.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and CMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
