Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment cycle to get right candidate on board
  • Coordinate with team lead and provide support to hiring need
  • Joining and orientation
  • Excellent knowledge of Job Portals and Sourcing Profiles Form Job Portals, Social Media Sites etc.
  • Evaluating Profiles and interviewing candidates for the said Requirements
  • Scheduling candidates for interview, follow-up, documentation etc
  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Knowledge and/or experience of recruitment within the sector or business line.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
