Roles And Responsibilities
  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for jewellery-related positions
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures specifically tailored to the jewellery industry
  • Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support the administrative functions of the company, such as office supplies management, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements
