We are having an urgent opening for in house HR Generalist for our company ShipZip Logistics Services LLP.

Job Description:

1. Recruitment: HR-Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

  • Design and update job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media ,Job boards ,professional platforms and Internally)
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms
  • Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

2.Generalist Role: Generalist is responsible for administrating compensation, benefits and training plan and implementing HR policies.

  • Conduct employee on boarding and help organize training and development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Organize monthly, quarterly and annually employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in online and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly,applying new parks and benefits and
  • team-building activities
  • Organize Events

Requirements

  • Proven 1-2 years of work experience as an HR Recruiter and Generalist Role
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Understanding of referral programs
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Sound judgement
  • MBA in Human Resources Management/Organizational Psychology or relevant field (Preferred not Mandate)
