Aditya Birla Group is looking for a HR-Generalist.

This is an entry level / junior position.

VH Consulting has been retained to search appropriate talent to staff this role.

This is on-site, on-contract position. Work-ex – around 1+ years in HR would be ideal. Strong communication skills and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup, Ranking, Sorting, Filtering)

Qualification:MBA (HR) or PGDM (HR) with 1 to 2 Years experience

JD:

1) Talent Aquisition & management - Data management support and coordination with stakeholders for a variety of current and upcoming talent initiatives

2) L & D - Co-ordinating with the stakeholders, Documentation, Data recording, creation of learning dashboard

3) Employee Engagement- Support the initiatives around diversity & Cuture, , Drive the Employee Engagement.
