About the internship/job:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Work on employee record management 2. Work on attendance management, payroll, recruitment, employee engagement 3. Work on preparation of salary statement (ESI, PF, and professional tax) 4. Work on the main employee data base and performance management 5. Work on induction 6. Handle cash and office admin management 7. Work on the maintenance of books of accounts (ledgers and files) 8. Work on coordination of audit work

  • are available for full time (in-office) internship
  • have relevant skills and interests
  • can start the internship between 20th Jul’21 and 24th Aug’21
  • are available for duration of 6 months
  • have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
  • are from Navi Mumbai and neighboring cities
  • Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply

Other requirements:

Must have excellent communication skills Must have advanced knowledge of using excel Must have experience in recruitment, HR operations, and admin Must have experience in payroll processing
