Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager in Kashipur. The Human Resources Manager will manage the recruitment process, oversee employee retention and engagement, administer compensation and benefits, and manage legal compliance. They will also provide support in employee relations, training and development, and performance management.

Qualifications
  • Experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar HR role
  • Knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge and understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with HR technology and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
