As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

A

bout the role

You will play an important role for PwC ensuring that project teams remain compliant with internal and external regulation when dealing with clients. You will be trained to complete pre engagement compliance tasks associated with client and project onboarding. You will be responsible for your own caseload and will have the autonomy to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders, all while being supported by experienced team leaders and managers. As a QC you will perform quality assurance checks on work completed by analysts to ensure it complies with the quality standards of each programme.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for a number of candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds, to strengthen our existing team. In your role, we will expect you to:

  • Demonstrate resilience, self-motivation and a positive can do attitude;

  • Be committed to completing tasks well with good attention to detail;

  • Confidently deal with demanding situations, people and requirements;

  • Demonstrate clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills;

  • Primarily be a strong a team player, while also able to work using your own initiative;

  • Build and sustain professional relationships.

  • Conduct quality reviews on work undertaken by others, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.

  • Conduct four-eye reviews of analysts’ work, forming the second line of defence to ensure clients are compliant with internal and regulatory policies.

  • Provide regular feedback to analysts on their work and provide coaching on any development areas.

We therefore welcome candidates who meet the below criteria:

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven administration experience in complex environments

  • 1-2 years experience of conducting quality reviews on work undertaken by others

  • Experience in coaching and giving feedback is beneficial

  • A degree (2.2 classification or above)

  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and proven organisational skills

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft software

Where will you be based?

The team is based in Kolkata; however as a result of the wide variety of clients and projects that Operate are involved in, you may be asked to work in other locations for short periods of time. Your desire and ability to do this will be discussed as part of the recruitment process. Candidates who are unable or do not wish to work on projects in other locations will still be considered.
