  • Configuring Corporate Favorite for transfer purposes, such as internal transfer, conference call, consult call etc.
  • Configuring contact center stats for config objects in the WWE screen
  • Setting up outbound caller ID for manual outbound calls
  • Setting up case data information to support agents regarding call information
  • Configuring screen pops based on business requirements, such as case data, HTML etc.
  • Setting up features based on business requirements, it can be any feature regarding WWE, for instance, ACW timeout, auto answer, transfer restriction as per Agent Grup, case data update, etc.
  • Adding disposition codes for outbound to provide information regarding call results
  • Configuring NotReady Reason Codes to track the agent activity based on their current action
  • Adding custom tabs to WWE for additional custom requirement
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of total Genesys experience
  • 3+ years of experience with hands-on web-stack-related development in JavaScript and .NET
  • Genesys PSDK experience
  • Expertise in User Interface/User Experience development in Genesys
  • Experience in designing, developing, testing, and debugging Genesys Workspace Web Edition (WWE) and customizations
  • Experience in integrating WWE with CRM solutions
