Sanjay Group Company is one of the leading EMS company caters the service in PCB assembling. Company has several businesses such as PCB assembly, Wind Energy, EV charging Infrastructure and Agro products.

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineer responsible for designing production layouts and processes that increase productivity, eliminate wastefulness and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards within an organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis and frame cycle time for each and every stage and process.
  • Design control systems to minimize costs and production issues.
  • Plan and define the capacity of lines and machineries at all levels.
  • Analyse and correct the line balancing to meet company standards.
  • Bring through put optimisation in both SMT/THT lines.
  • Carry out the layout planning and optimise the same as per our requirement.
  • Understanding of BOM workings and process.
  • Undertake the Jigs and Fixtures demand workout as per the terms and condidations.
  • Develop design and production standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
  • Prepare material and equipment lists, purchase orders, cost analyses and estimated production costs.
  • Design the layout of facilities and determine personnel requirements.
  • Train staff for new processes and provide instructions and manuals.

Requirements and skills

  • Must have strong knowledge in Electronic industry process and EMS experience is added advantage.
  • Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Troubleshooting expertise and attention to detail
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
  • Strong exposure in IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 and Ms-Office, V-Look up, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Education:
