Key Responsibilities:

Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection moulding machines to maintain optimal production efficiency.
Material Handling: Properly handle and manage raw materials, including loading and unloading materials into the machines.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on products, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure they operate smoothly. Report any major issues promptly.
Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, material usage, and quality control data.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including machine setters, quality control staff, and maintenance personnel.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement to boost production efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as an Injection Moulding Operator in a manufacturing setting.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in setting up, operating, and maintaining injection moulding machines.
Quality-Oriented: Strong commitment to producing high-quality products.
Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety protocols and a dedication to maintaining a safe workplace.
