Profile : IT Support Specialist

Job Description

  • Provide IT support for hardware, networking, software, ERP, and database
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Ensure data security and backup
  • Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of RFPs (Request for Proposals) for IT hardware and software procurement projects.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge of various routes to market to identify optimal procurement channels, suitable vendors and strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the Project Team to grasp their specific needs and develop.
  • Conduct thorough audits of IT hardware and software licensing agreements, identifying areas for optimization and direct cost reduction.
  • Maintain relationships with key vendors and industry contacts, staying abreast of market/pricing trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to clients on IT procurement best practices and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Managing complete IT Infra including but not limited to VDI
  • Routers, Firewall, VPN, VoIP, Mail servers, Cloud Servers, ISP.
  • Data & Network Security, Backup, LAN, WAN, Power Backup, Vendor Mgmt, Client Interaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in hardware, networking, software
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
