Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager with extensive experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, coupled with expertise in client acquisition and client management. As a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technical projects while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term client :

Technical Project Management

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to drive project execution and delivery excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.

Client Acquisition And Engagement

  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, including prospecting, networking, and participating in business development activities.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their technical needs and proposing tailored solutions to address their challenges.
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Client Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Anticipate and fulfil client needs, striving to exceed expectations and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Team Leadership And Mentoring

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and knowledge to support their professional growth and development.
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance project delivery Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical projects within budget and schedule constraints.
  • 10+ years in experience in client acquisition, client management, and business development in the technology sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master are a plus.
