The firm is headed by Interior Designer and Consultant Amitabh Gohain. The focus is on interiors, resulting in unique craftsmanship that fulfils the aspirations of clients with simplicity yet utmost sophistication.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Interior Designer located in Guwahati. The Lead Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities in the design studio, managing the project life cycle, liaising with clients, architects, and contractors, and delivering high quality design works.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Construction Drawings
  • Proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)
  • Ability to balance aesthetic and technical requirements of projects
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet project timelines and budgets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior designers
  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Interior Design
  • Experience using design software such as SketchUp, VR Sketch, Vray, Lumion, Unreal or 3D Studio Max is a plus
