Job Description: Australian Marine Corporate Office
#AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMER SUPPORT (Inbound Support)

Profile: Australian Marine Corporate

Salary:

- Fresher with good communication skills: 15k to 18k

- Experienced candidates: Up to 25k

Working Days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Shift Timings: 6 am to 3 pm

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in English

2. Ability to work in Early Morning shifts

3. Prior experience Australian Marine

4. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

5. Proficient in using MS Office tools and other relevant software

Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates for various positions in the Australian Marine industry

2. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for specific roles

3. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels

4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database

6. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Australia Marine

8. Meet individual and team targets for candidate placements
