Job Profile

  • To solve queries related to specific e-Gov Project / Software.

  • To inform client end users by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

  • To maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.

  • To maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

  • To update job knowledge by studying software descriptions; participating in training programs.

  • To prepare give presentations to clients and team members.

  • To monitor the progress of the Project and coordinate with the development team for solving queries.

  • To prepare various Govt. letters, analytical reports and inputs for client deliverables

  • To prepare various MIS reports training to the end user

  • To travel across locations for client visits as and when required.

    • Candidate Profile

  • Should have good communication (verbal written) and interpersonal skills

  • Candidate having exposure in e-Gov Projects are preferred

  • Should have good relationship building skills

  • Should have pleasant personality and presentation skills

    • Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA
