Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for all manufacturing IT systems deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade & support including integration with WAN, LAN, firewall, associated HW / SW, etc. to support site Perso Systems / Application operations.
• Manufacturing PC standard image test and deployment
• Antivirus McAfee support and patch management for PCs and Severs
• Maintain high level availability of all IT systems in Gemalto (Noida) Perso center
• Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
• IT Asset Management including hardware and software license management
• Implement & Practice of Standard Operation Procedures in key areas (HW, Application, Certification support processes etc.)
• Close co-operation with regional and global IT Departments in order to follow Gemalto s worldwide IT expertise and guidelines
• Support IT security audits; maintain a high standard of IT security; Support and compliance with various audits requirements related to IT such as GSM-SAS, PCI & ISO etc.
• Office User IT support for end user laptop, desktop & related office application (1 st level)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
