What will your role be?

  • Assist in defining, maintaining and tracking IT processes & operations across Asia Pacific
  • Assist in making presentations, graphical views, creating reports for IT management
  • Assist is preparing and managing IT budget
  • Assist in IT Procurement, IT Asset management
  • Assist in creating Audit compliance reports


The Challenges ahead

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with various functions across Asia Pacific
  • Able to find innovative ways to present reports, data or information to management and internal customers
  • Self-motivated to find out areas of improvements in existing processes and strive to improve them


Your Key success factors

  • Outstanding and passionate Graduates (BE, BCA, B.SC, B.Com)
  • 4 to 5 years of industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner, team player, flexible to adapt new things, face challenges
  • Understand and analyze requirements of various teams within IT department
  • Knowledge of latest IT Processes, Technology, Terminologies, IT equipments, Asset management
  • Presentation skills, In-depth knowledge of Office tools
  • Basic graphics designing, basic scripting
  • Finance, Budget and Procurement knowledge
