Position: Technical Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai

Mode: Full Time

Immediate to Max 15 days Joiners only needed.

Requisite: Hands-on in IT recruitment, excellent communication, and articulation, team player, ready to go the extra mile.


Roles & Responsibilities

1. Source potential candidates on niche skills through job portals like Naukri & LinkedIn

2. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes

3. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities

4.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill IT hiring needs


Skills Required

1. Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter

2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

3. Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles

4.Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)

5. Experience in Salesforce Recruitment is a big plus.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
