Role: IT Recruiter (IT Infrastructure) - Currently work from home

  • Min. 1 year experience in IT Infrastructure Hiring (Cloud/ Devops/ Network/ security / Azure etc.)
  • Experience in working for staffing/recruitment firms only.
  • Very strong in sourcing resumes: xray / google / linkedin / Naukri / Monster searches
  • End to end IT recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, assessment to hiring candidates as per the organizations needs and guidelines.
  • Experience in job postings on various job boards
  • Using different direct sourcing modes as per the plan such as job boards, social media, candidate referrals etc.
  • Strong in followups with the candidates and clients.
  • Experience in scheduling interviews on Webex/Teams / Meet /Zoom /Skype etc.
  • Srong in MIS & working on Google sheets
  • Client facing : excellent client management skills, maintaining relations with the hiring managers and HR teams of clients.
  • Client relationship management, managing the quality as well as timelines on candidate profiles sourced .
  • Maintain records related to recruitment as per the defined process and procedure.
  • Good time management skills and data management skills. Keeping hiring tracker/MIS updated for all on going as well as closed positions.
  • Introduce new ways of engaging candidates during the recruiting process till they onboard.
  • Offer negotiations as per compensation guidelines of the client and followup till release of LOI/Offer letter.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in recruitment and hiring.
  • Work as an individual contributor.
  • Keen attention to details and adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to establish & maintain working relationships with clients & Candidates.

Required Candidate profile
Role: Tech. Recruiter

Shift: Day Shift

Working : 5 Days a week (Sat & Sun off.)

Must have own Laptop/Desktop and fast internet connection.

Currently will work from Home (For next 1 year) till further notice.
Location: Noida Sector-62

Commuting: Very close to Sector-62 Noida metro station (office is 2 min. away)

Min 1 year experience in IT recruitment

B.E/B.Tech/MCA preferred

Good communication skills

Result oriented and self driven

Preference will be given to candidates currently working with recruitment & staffing agencies / firms.
