Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account Administrator to join our team at Leostar Solutions. As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks. This is a full-time position based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Tally
- Experience in stock mapping and site store administration
- Understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Manage financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and budgets
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
- Process and review purchase orders, invoices, and payments
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expenses
- Perform stock mapping and maintain inventory records
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounting processes and procedures
- Provide support during audits and contribute to the resolution of any accounting discrepancies
