Roles and Responsibility of Manager

1.Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory. Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team. Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.

2. A manager always ready to help co-workers and guide in all good or worst condition. he is the mentor or like a father for co-worker ( MR ).

Manager should have clear and clean thinking about the company strategies. on the behalf of that he will guide his co-worker. A area manager shuld have some below qualities

3. Manager give time to time primary sale data to medical . check the call coverage, call average and call frequency of his team. Check the inputs distribution and confirmed from team for 100% implementation of company strategies in his team. any check related issue between stockist and cfa (carrying and forwarding agent ) which is solved or instructed by a area manager. manger conducted review meet for his team and in this meeting analyse the problems in that area and find why or where we have lack position . he suggest his team
