Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled BIM Architect to join our team in Prayagraj , Uttar Pradesh. As a BIM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating BIM projects, utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit, showcasing your practical skills in these essential tools.
  • Manage and coordinate BIM project data sets efficiently, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support for AutoCAD and Revit Building Suite software applications, contributing to the seamless execution of projects.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of Revit advanced modeling and documentation processes to enhance project outcomes.
  • Implement best BIM practices at every stage of a project, ensuring compliance with Creative Group’s procedures and standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Skill Proficiency: Possess in-depth working knowledge of up-to-date AutoCAD and Revit applications.

Project Coordination Experience: Previous experience in a project coordination role for CAD/BIM applications.

Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.

Self-Motivated: Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to take responsibility for tasks and projects.

Resilience: Remain resilient in handling conflicting demands, prioritize duties effectively, and work calmly and professionally under pressure.

Proactive Approach: Showcase initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks, contributing to the overall success of projects.

Experience Required : 5 to 10 years

Location - Prayagraj Railway Station (Ready to relocate)
