Company Description

FMCG & Agribusiness company dealing in organic value chain (mainly in Indian spices)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gangtok for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Experience in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus

Work experience

Candidate should have minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales/ Business Development.

CTC:Rs. 10.50 Lacs+ other benefits

Candidate who are willing to relocate to Gangtok may apply.
