We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours.The OpportunityThe Adobe Globalization team is seeking a Globalization Engineer to work on internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) of Adobe Experience Cloud products. We are looking for someone with a passion for different languages and cultures, who also has the technical knowledge/skills necessary to translate this passion into world-class, world-ready software.What You’ll Do

• Develop and optimize the Continuous Localization infrastructure for software and documentation localization of Adobe Experience Cloud
• Integrate, maintain and optimize localization automation process to ensure a high-quality and fast translation cycle
• Enable and support core development teams to develop and deliver “World-Ready" products, which are properly internationalized and easily localizable
• Collaborate with core engineers to resolve internationalization and localization bugs and implement long-term internationalization and localization enhancements
• Develop and support in-product translation services, which enable customers to translate their own content
• Promote adoptions of internationalization and localization best practices both internally and externally

What You Need To Succeed

• BE or MS in Computer Science (or related field)
• 5+ experience in software internationalization and localization
• Experience in Web technologies: HTML, PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, CSS,etc.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Java, Python, Node, Rails) as well as front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)
• Strong foundational knowledge in object-oriented design principles, data structures, algorithms, SQL/NoSQL, and software engineering
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)
• Self-motivated to drive new innovative initiatives and continuously learn new skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
